This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act, 2000”), the applicable rules there under and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policies, and Terms & Conditions for access of our .

 

Perril Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Roy’s Segment, Boragadhoi, Duliajan, Dibrugarh, 786602, Assam, India.

 

Any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a competitor on our Platform by providing registration data while enrolling on the enrollment form using computer systems is referred to by the term ‘you’ or ‘your’ for the purpose of the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”). The terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’, shall mean Perril Technologies (OPC) Private Limited.

COMPETITION TOPICS:

 

You can choose any one of the topics given below and submit your best & innovative idea with it.

​

Future of education:

•  Participants should come up with innovative ideas that leverage technology to transform the education system.

• Ideas special focus on improving access to education, enhancing the learning experience, or personalizing education to meet individual student needs.

Health and wellness:

• Ideas which will focus on anything from monitoring health metrics and providing personalized health recommendations to using virtual reality to support mental health.

Sustainable technologies :

• Develop ideas for sustainable technologies that help mitigate environmental issues such as climate change, pollution, or deforestation.

• Ideas on energy conservation, waste reduction, or sustainable transportation, among others.

• Ideas on how technology will shape the future of work. Ideas could focus on anything from remote work and collaboration to automation and the gig economy.

AI Revolutionary:

• Present your ideas that demonstrate how AI technologies can be used to improve peoples’ lives from healthcare to education.

Internet of things (IoT):

• Ideas on how to create an IoT (Internet of Things) project that connects physical objects to the internet and can be controlled remotely. This could be anything from a smart home security system to a device that helps people monitor their health.

Social impact:

• Ideas for using technology to address social issues such as poverty, inequality, or discrimination. Ideas will focus on using technology to improve access to resources, provide education or support services, or increase awareness of social issues.

 

ELIGIBILITY OF THE CANDIDATE:

 

Participants must be at least 12 years old and from any part of Assam, India. This refers to students from Class VI to the last semester of graduation (from any stream/board/university/college).

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

To enter the competition, participants must have an unique idea on Modern Technology (topics specified as mentioned) and fill up in the enrollment form and submit your idea. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be disqualified.

ENTRY DEADLINE

The competition entry period begins on 22nd March, 2023 and ends on 9th April, 2023 at 6 PM. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

 

 

WINNER SELECTION

The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries with best innovative idea. The selection process will take place on 13th April, 2023 and will be announced on our website and/or social media channels. The winner(s) will also be notified via email or direct message.

CERTIFICATION

The winner shall be awarded with  Digital Certificate via mail.

The participants shall be awarded with a Digital certificate of Participation via mail id.

The award(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

ORIGINALITY

Applicants are required to submit original ideas that have never been published, share, or submitted elsewhere.

​

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY

In order to submit an idea, you must declare that you own it exclusively. Furthermore, you must grant us permission to use your idea on any platform the company chooses.

PUBLICITY

By participating in the competition, the winner(s) agree to participate in any publicity or marketing campaigns related to the competition. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of their name, image, and/or video footage.

LIABILITY

Perril Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the competition or the use of the award(s). By entering the competition, participants agree to release Perril Technologies from any liability in connection with the competition.

OBLIGATION OF PERRIL TECHNOLOGIES

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Perril Technologies (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice under inevitable circumstances.

 

 

DISQUALIFICATION

Perril Technologies OPC Private Limited reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or violates any of the terms and conditions of the competition.

PRIVACY

We will only use the personal information provided by participants for the purpose of administering the competition and will not share it with any third party without the participant's consent.

​

GOVERNING LAW

The competition and these rules & guidelines will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dibrugarh, India.
