About the Role

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing email and correspondence, and handling phone calls.

Assisting the Director in his day-to-day work.

Handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.

Prepare and updating the company compliance.

Generate report and assigning daily task.

Prepare expense reports and manage budgets as required.

Act as a liaison between the individual or team and external parties.

Arranging training for Fresher or Trainee and follow up and scheduling them.

Assigning daily task to Employee as suggested by the Director of the Company.

Maintaining office Files and Databases.

Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.

Prepare documents for the Director.

Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

Required license from state government and central government.

Emails & correspondence, internally and externally, replying on Director's behalf as may be required.

Payroll and Benefits Administration.

Not limited to financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.

Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, Minute books.

Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.

Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

Other responsibility, as may be allocated by the Director from time to time.

Requirements


  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Experience of minimum 1 year as an Executive assistant.

  • Should have knowledge in Taxes, Company Law, Labour Law and Other Laws related to the Company and its Mandatory and Non- Mandatory Compliance.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient using computer and internet Competency in Microsoft Application Advance understanding of Data analysis and Research and other productivity tools.


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.


  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
